RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

All BC Forged wheels are custom-made to order.

Every wheel set is manufactured specifically for the customer based on the selected vehicle, diameter, width, fitment, finish and other chosen specifications. These products are therefore not standard stock items and cannot be resold as regular inventory.

For this reason, all orders are final.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the wheels are manufactured to their individual specifications and that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect customer selection, or because the customer no longer wants the product.

Before production, BC Forged Europe verifies the submitted vehicle and fitment information. The customer remains responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information.

This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event that a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not correspond with the confirmed order specification. In such cases, please contact info@bcforgedwheels.eu as soon as possible.
